Step into a labyrinth of saffron, oud, hand-loomed wool, hammered brass and sun-dried dates. AS-SOUG is not a mall — it is a living museum, a marketplace and a meeting place kept by 240 artisan families.
01 — About AS-SOUG
AS-SOUG began as a single spice alley where Bedouin caravans exchanged frankincense for sea salt. Today it stretches over four covered streets, a perfume courtyard, a textile khan and a date market — but the ritual is unchanged: open shutters at dawn, brew karak, greet neighbours, weigh saffron by the gram and tell stories by the kilo.
We protect slow craft against fast copies. Every seller is certified, every oud is tested for purity, every carpet is knotted by hand and signed. We run a heritage school for 180 apprentices, a women's weaving cooperative and a seed bank for heirloom spices.
02 — Souq Collections
From dawn spice pyramids to midnight oud ceremonies — here is what the alleys hide. All products are traceable to farm, loom or still.

Iranian saffron, smoked paprika, wild thyme za'atar, 14 house baharat blends ground daily.

Hindi & Cambodi oud, Taif rose, amber, bakhoor. Personal blending with master perfumer.

Bedouin sadu, hand-knotted carpets, abayas, keffiyehs dyed with pomegranate & indigo.

Sukkari, Medjool, Ajwa, sidr honey, black seed & argan oils, date syrup and sweets.
